The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Rome so all the major attractions were within walking distance. The Trevi Fountain was less than a five minute stroll away. Diego at the hotel was lovely, he spoke excellent English and was extremely helpful. I would...

Ok, so the localisation is just superb, couldnt think of anything better, Room was cosy, clean and nicely arranged. Breakfast should be suitable for everyone, ham, cheese, cereals, marmalades, juices, great bread and croissants and marvelous coffe. People working there are very kind and helpfull, specially Francesco, a helpfull menager who answered each of our irritating questions like "where? How? What do you recommend?". For our next trip to Rome we're choosing Residenza Ki again

It is in the heart of Rome and almost everything you want to see is in the walking distance and The staff are friendly and Helpful.
This is not a hotel, it is a Place to stay, There is no lift and not even a sign outside, when you go there you feel like it is a house and it is a house not a hotel. Wifi was not working properly for two days and when it did it was on and off the entire time. This place is ideal for students and young people who wanna see the city and just want a place to stay, But for families and people over 40 it is not that good. Noise is the other thing you need to consider in this place.

Everything was great, excellent service, BRILLIANT location really close to the centre, monuments, and main attractions and the great restaurants and lots of shopping. The beds were soft and overall the room was wonderful & perfect. Excellent and particularly nice continental breakfast with good food, really enjoyed the food choices.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Breakfast was standard. Room was good (newly refurbished). Good space for the centre of Rome. Not too noisy - as looking onto a side street. Reception was good. Diogo was extremely nice and helpful in pointing out all of the places of interest etc.
Hard to find. Next door, there is a Hotel Fellini. Find that and you'll be right beside it. There is only a very small sign outside the door (near a buzzer).

Recently renovated room that's got a stylish decor, and the bathroom looks great too. Plus, the breakfast serves up a mean espresso.

We stayed here on our last day in Rome. Location was perfect near Trevi and Spanish steps, great shopping, restaurants, clean, refurbished rooms. Alexandro was very helpful. He waited for us to arrive even though our train was late. Helped with our luggage. Made us feel very welcome. Internet service was available and plenty of hot water in the shower. Airconditioning worked fine. II would recommend this hotel at any time. Better than our Best Western experience.

Brilliant location very close to the Trevi Fountain. The staff were so lovely and very helpful.
The rooms we were in opened directly into the breakfast area, so was very noisy once they started preparing breakfast.
